OK, you probably won’t believe this, but we’ve created an incredibly efficient process that absolutely respects the small amount of time you need (or want) to devote to managing your direct mail efforts:
1. Our process begins with a meeting: this makes sense - we’ll want to discuss your business, your goals, your budget and of course, your desired customers.
2. Next, we’ll provide demographic reports of the families in your area, and our suggestions for direct-mail campaigns that will provide the most bang-for-the-buck. Together, we’ll determine a plan that fits your business needs.
3. You’ll send us your company logo, and perhaps a little more information if necessary as we fine-tune your campaign and design your mailer.
4. We’ll send you the design proofs via email for your feedback - once we receive your approval, the cards will be printed and mailed within a few weeks!
We take care of everything else - press checks, mailing lists, storing your mailers, providing proof of mailings.... it’s all included in our services. if you’re looking for a company to take care of the the “other stuff”, you’ve come to the right place.
